F&Q

Question 1: How do I use the procurement service?
Simply send us the product links from Alibaba or 1688. Our professional procurement team will contact Chinese suppliers to negotiate the best wholesale prices for you, verify product quality, and handle all procurement matters on your behalf throughout the process.

Q2: How do you charge? How should I pay? Do you accept Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)?
Our fees are procurement service fees. We charge a 5%–8% commission based on your order volume. Yes, we accept payments in local currency. You can pay us directly in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via local bank transfer or our designated payment methods. We will handle the conversion of the funds into US dollars or Chinese yuan and pay our Chinese suppliers.

Q3: Can you check the product quality before shipping it to Bangladesh?

Answer: Yes, quality control is our priority. Once your goods arrive at our Shenzhen/Guangzhou warehouse in China, our team will inspect the packaging, count the quantities, and take photos/videos for your confirmation before loading them into the container. This prevents faulty items from ever leaving China.

Q4: Do you handle Customs Clearance in Bangladesh? Are there any hidden taxes?

Answer: We provide 100% Hassle-Free Double Clearance (Door-to-Door / Box Rate) services. The price we quote you includes ocean/air freight, China export customs, Bangladesh import customs, and all local duties/taxes. You do not need to worry about custom papers or unexpected fees—just wait for delivery at your warehouse in Dhaka or other cities.

Q5: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) or Minimum Shipping Weight?

Answer: For Procurement, we follow the supplier's MOQ on Alibaba. For shipping, our minimum weight for air freight is [X] kg, and for sea freight (LCL), it is [X] CBM / [X] kg per shipment. We can also consolidate multiple orders from different Alibaba suppliers into one single shipment to save your costs. (Please contact support to confirm the exact minimum limit for your product type).

Q6: How long does it take for goods to be shipped from China to Bangladesh?
Air freight: It takes approximately 10 business days from our warehouse in China to Dhaka.
Sea freight (standard/cash on delivery): It takes approximately 18 to 25 days, depending on customs clearance speed and port conditions.
Note: Shipping times may vary during major holidays such as Eid al-Fitr or the Chinese New Year.
