Q3: How do you charge? How should I pay? Do you accept Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)?
Our fees are procurement service fees. We charge a 5%–8% commission based on your order volume. Yes, we accept payments in local currency. You can pay us directly in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via local bank transfer or our designated payment methods. We will handle the conversion of the funds into US dollars or Chinese yuan and pay our Chinese suppliers.
Q4: Can you check the product quality before shipping it to Bangladesh?
Answer: Yes, quality control is our priority. Once your goods arrive at our Shenzhen/Guangzhou warehouse in China, our team will inspect the packaging, count the quantities, and take photos/videos for your confirmation before loading them into the container. Q6: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) or Minimum Shipping Weight?
Answer: For Procurement, we follow the supplier's MOQ on Alibaba. For shipping, our minimum weight for air freight is [X] kg, and for sea freight (LCL), it is [X] CBM / [X] kg per shipment.
