Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1.  Order Processing Time All B2B orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3-7 business days upon payment confirmation. Custom or bulk container orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated separately. 
  2.  Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We provide dedicated cross-border logistics to Bangladesh with the following estimated transit times:

  • Air Freight: 7-12 business days.

  • Sea Freight: 25-35 business days. (Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or public holidays.) 3. Duties & Taxes Unless explicitly stated as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) in your quotation, all shipments to Bangladesh are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. The buyer is responsible for destination customs clearance, import duties, and local taxes.
