Procurement Agency Service & Return Policy

1. Nature of Services Our company provides professional B2B procurement agency services. We act as your authorized agent to facilitate transactions between you and the original suppliers/manufacturers. We are not the manufacturer or the primary seller of the raw materials; therefore, unless otherwise specified, the product quality and manufacturing standards are the responsibility of the original manufacturer. We are fully committed to assisting you in pursuing any quality claims against the supplier.

2. Inspection Mechanism Clients are required to conduct a thorough inspection within three (3) business days upon the arrival of the goods at the designated location. If any defects or discrepancies are discovered, the client must provide documented evidence, including clear photos, videos, and proof of the original packaging seals. Failure to provide written notice of defects within this period will constitute a full acceptance of the goods, confirming that the quantity and quality meet all agreed-upon requirements.

3. Return and Compensation Policy

  • Service Fee: The procurement agency service fee is compensation for our completed professional services. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances unless the issue is directly caused by our operational errors.

  • Supplier Fault: If goods are found to be non-compliant with quality standards or incorrectly shipped due to the supplier's fault, we will coordinate with the supplier for a return, replacement, or refund. All associated logistics costs and losses incurred by such errors shall be borne by the supplier.

  • Client Fault: In the event that a client unilaterally cancels an order or requests a return for reasons unrelated to product quality, the client shall bear all logistics costs, return shipping fees, and any warehousing or miscellaneous charges incurred during the process.

4. Dispute Resolution As your procurement agent, we will act in your best interest to facilitate compensation from the supplier on a "back-to-back" basis. We will pass on the compensation recovered from the supplier to the client. However, our liability is limited to the extent of the agency services provided, and we shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages beyond the scope of our service fee.
